Torchy's Tacos at Alliance offers delicious tacos, amazing queso, and spectacular customer service. The fried avocado taco and street tacos are popular menu items. The crew is always polite, accommodating, and helpful, with Patricia, Kennedy, Christian, and Heather providing excellent service. Patricia ensures orders are correct, Kennedy assists with birthday quests, Christian goes above and beyond for pick-up orders, and Heather makes and delivers margaritas quickly. The food is fresh and delicious, and the music is fun. Some first-time customers find the ordering process somewhat confusing, preferring to order from a waitress at a table instead of up front. Overall, it is a 10/10 experience.
