“We stay at Radisson Fossil Creek often, front desk worker recommended. WOW..spot on!! We have eaten there twice. Chips Salsa -Excellent! I had pulled Pork Carnitas Enchiladas with Green sauce. It was SOOO good!! My husband had soft tacos with a pork cooked in a sauce didn’t get name. He couldn’t stop eating!! Clean plate!! Ppl are very nice. Space is small, service is quick. We eat out a lot, we highly recommend!“

“This location has been updated and looks inviting with bright colors and is so clean. The menu has also been updated but completely in a good way. My favorites are their queso & chips, of course, and the grilled shrimp taco in a corn tortilla. So good.

“The food was absolutely delicious and everyone was super friendly. We didn’t have to wait very long at lunch time on a Wednesday, just long enough for them to wipe down the table. It was busy, loud, bustling and the staff just seemed to help where it was needed, rather than stick to a section. so we saw multiple people, but they were all friendly and made sure we had everything and were happy with everything. We really enjoyed the birria pizza and quesotacos in the sampler, but found the flautas just a touch dry.“

“Fajita steak shish ka bobs!!! Do I need to say more? The location I went only had 5 cars in the parking lot when I showed up. On a SATURDAY night.... had me slightly suspect... but I checked the reviews and it had 4 stars so I had to try it. I wanted something I hadn't had at other Mexican restaurants in my state, so I tried the Steak Shish ka bobs. Whew!!! They were REALLY REALLY good!!! Such a nice variation from the typical. Server was nice and friendly which just made everything better.“

“This is a small taco truck which serves good Mexican food. We come occasionally even though it is out of the way - it is that good! They take orders in person or over the phone. 4 of us went and ordered 7 gorditas (4 rajas & 3 tripe) and a bean & cheese burrito, we did not order drinks and the total was about $38. The staff is efficient and got our order out in a timely manner (about 10min). I did not get to take pictures since the food was gone that fast! Food is great - I definitely recommend going for some good gorditas ?“

“I've been to more taco trucks than any regular person...from Texas to Alaska and Florida to Montana and everywhere in between. This is a great place to eat. Great food, great people. My girl is from Jalisco and she loves when i come home from food from here just as much as i do. I haven't been to any other taco places in the DFW area since finding this gem and i doubt i ever will. Oh yeah... BRING CASH!“

“They had the BEST tacos we have had! And we go to many taco shops and stands! The hospitality is absolutely amazing!!! They checked in on us multiple times without having to ask! “CASH ONLY. The rolled tacos are a delicious common staple from Coahuila. You eat in your car and people-watching is fantastic ?. The truck arrives around 7. Don't be surprised if they are not ready to sell at 7 as they are setting up. The drink menu is limited to just coke, Pepsi, Sprite, Dr pepper and Fanta but you can walk across the street to the little Mart for more options.

“Genesis is the best! Love the tacos! Number one spot for tacos late at night. They give you grilled onions and some really good spicy potatoes on the side with three or more tacos. The tortillas are homemade and have a flavor like no other.“
