I came across this summer heat from East of Dallas to Ft Worth as I've heard rumors that Calisience is back. I checked it's location only to find them closed. I felt a little down but didn't get my hopes up as I believe there are many good taqueria food trucks & trailers in FW that serve birria tacos.

La Factoria Tacos serves great food with full flavor, offering delicious options like quesabirria tacos with fresh made corn tortillas and generous meat and cheese fillings. The quesabirria combo is highly recommended and considered a must-try. The chile relleno burrito is a highlight, and the salsas and agua fresca are also popular. The tres leches cake is another delicious treat. The tortas are huge and for a good price. Tacos were bomb. Great drinks and carne asada tacos. The quesabirrias are absolutely unreal, a new favorite! Everything tried has been delicious. This has to be the best taco truck.
