This is one of the best food trucks I have been too in a while. Everything I have tried so far has been straight ?. The birria combo is awesome. Their rice and beans as well as the taco plate are really good. The torta is a huge serving and a good value in my opinion…Pretty much feels up a normal to go box. La factoría is down the street from me, but we had never tried it. We finally tried it today and it was delicious! ? We got an asada burrito. Our food was ready in 5min. Awesome costumer service too, definitely recommend. Will be coming back to try the rest of their menu.

Fiance had the great idea of checking out this place. The food was incredibly delicious. If you love tacos this is the place to be at. Get the quesabirria combo with an agua fresca. Make sure to check out their tres leches cake. We ate EVERYTHING!
