Starbucks just lost a customer.
Had my birthday on Wednesday and came Friday for my birthday drink and can’t redeem because it’s only for the day of.

This Starbucks location used to be one of my go-to spots, but unfortunately the quality and service have gone downhill. The drinks are often rushed and poorly made, with ingredients not mixed properly, drinks made half full or customizations ignored. It feels like a lot less care is being put into the drinks than there used to be.
