I don’t know about other locations, but the employees at this one aren’t very good. It’s a shame, because I love their sandwiches.
I ordered through the mobile app today. Placed an order for 2 sandwiches at 11:25, for 11:40 pick up. I get there right at 11:40 and had to wait another 8 minutes. There were SEVEN people working and I was the ONLY customer and it took more than 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches!!
