Last night tries to order in drive thru at 9:30 p.m. and was told they were closed yet they had just taken the order from the car in front of me. The website states they close at 10 p.m. not 9:30p.m. 2 other cars had lines up behind me and we were all turned away due to employees who think they get to decide the company's hours of operation.
Food was good but customer service not the best. My order was missing an item.
Food was good but absolutely no clean tables, the drink station was filthy, and all of the trash were overflowing. My husband tried to tell the staff but one was looking at her phone the other two were talking to each other..... The experience was not much better than the last time, review as followed......

Long John Silver's is a drive-thru restaurant with friendly staff. The sides may be small, and orders could be missing items, but the chicken is always delicious. The drive-thru worker provides excellent customer service with a caring conversation to brighten your day. The place is quiet, and the food is hot, fresh, and tasty. However, parking is limited and not close to the front entrance. Despite some concerning issues, many customers are fond of this long-standing establishment and enjoy the great food, especially when taking it home.
