I actually get paid to go around the city and try different drive-thrus to see how customer service and temperature of food and everything. I usually have no problem with the Arby's in Lake worth. But today I was trying to ask the lady a question about the sauce and she cut me off and close the window. I don't eat Arby's very often and never been to this location before. I was expecting bad and was extremely surprised. The resturant was really clean, the manager ( I think she was the shift manager) and the rest of the employees was really nice and the food was on point good and the best most important thing of all was they have the pump your own sauce selections bar that so many other Arby's are missing!

I love when I can give a good review normally I don't. We just came through arby's in lakeworth, there's a man named Richard on the window. He was the sweetest greatest personality old school type. He thanked us told us to drive safe. And he had a smile on his face. All fast food should train their people to be like him. He was an absolute delight whatever You're paying him pay more because he's good.
