Serenity is always happy and ready to serve. Such a breath of fresh air in fast food. Thanks for your dedication to service.
I've been very fortunate to have mainly positive experiences at this Arby's. The food and service are usually very good. If there are any problems, they're quick to resolve them. They'll accommodate special requests if they can. Today, I was especially grateful to Steven. I dined inside the restaurant. Unknown to him, I have trouble walking and standing. It was a relief to have him bring my order brought to the table. He was incredibly friendly and helpful.
