Great customer service
Oh I was there the day you got a free sandwich or nuggets. From dressing like a cow. They had a spin a wheel for prizes. So many people but food was hot and fresh. It was wall to wall that day
We had the pleasure of being served by Mondo (or Mando, I believe)! I was visiting Fort Worth from London, and he kindly asked if I was from Europe. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel so welcome. The rest of the staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was amazing. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

Chick-fil-A provides an exceptional dining experience with its happy and amazing customer service. The restaurant is clean and sometimes features festive decorations, such as a balloon arch for breast cancer awareness month. The food is amazing, and most staff members are friendly and helpful. However, some managers may occasionally display poor attitude. Despite parking lot issues during peak hours, the overall experience is delightful, making it a great spot to visit, especially during special occasions like Christmas.
