Food is good. Services is quick. Dining room isn't typically busy/full. Parking can be a challenge b/c of sharing with so many other businesses.Kid-friendliness: There is a small kids menu. Shouldn't be a problem with kids in the dining room.Parking: Parking is a shared/common lot between 3 strip malls. It can be hard to park in typically busy times (lunch, holidays, weekends, etc).

THE BEST AVO TURKEY SANDWICH ? everything about their ingredients are fresh. Their deli mustard is so freaking good! Cucumbers are the perfect touch for the best sandwich and crunch. I travel from Burleson just for their sandwiches and it is so worth it! My S/O loves the tuna!!! Best tuna in his opinion! Fresh and delicious!
