My first time trying Five Guys was delicious every thing was good nice staff also friendly and very clean.
The food tasted fine overall. The spice on the fries was good but became too hot. The service was only okay because the ones making our food forgot some of the ingredients for my husband's burger and I never saw them change their gloves and they were touching many things back there. The atmosphere wasn't necessarily bad, but the music was way too loud, it was difficult to hear the cashier and the type of music wasn't all that great. Five Guys is a place with good food, but some might find it overpriced. One customer had a positive takeout experience, with correct orders and timely service, along with complimentary peanuts. Another customer, unfortunately, had a disappointing encounter with a staff member named Wanda. Despite the good quality of the food, the customer felt discriminated against and had issues with the service. The staff member ignored them and failed to take their order promptly. The food, including a double bacon cheeseburger and fries, was tasty, although the drinks from the Coke Freestyle machine seemed off. Overall, Five Guys offers delicious food but may have some service issues that need addressing.
