“I’ve been a fan of McAlister’s Deli for a long time, but have never received such exceptional service as we did today. We were planning on eating in store, but my two year old fell asleep on the way there. We pulled in to the curbside pickup lane and I ordered online, while my husband went inside to wash his hands. The associate, Rich, asked to take his order and he explained the situation. Our order was supposed to take around 10 minutes but Rich had our order out in 4 minutes and wished me a Happy Mother’s Day. I would recommend this place to anyone!“

“I want to start off by saying I am a super fan of Jersey Mikes subs! But I have to speak on the staff members Tre and Luis at this particular location. I am a picky guest when I come in there. Preferably I don’t eat meat. Only tuna fish when I shop there….and those two gentlemen are amazing when it comes to the customer service. Those men are so patient with me when it comes to me showing them how I would like my sandwich made. A lot of places I go, some may get a little frustrated with me on how picky I can be…but these guys are amazing and THEM TWO gentlemen alone will keep me coming back to this location and ONLY this location. “Went during a good lunch rush, they were very organized and attentive. Everything looked and tasted fresh. They were continuously cleaning the kitchen and bathroom was clean. They were out of a couple of the fountain drinks, I can't remember which ones. There was also a wait on warm subs but I feel like that is normal. I had a gluten free sandwich and they utilized the proper care and attention to keeping it separate but not making me wait forever.“

“I literally ate the best spicy Italian sub I’ve ever had. I wish I knew the ladies name who made it but she’s a little bit older black lady with grey hair. She was extremely nice and welcoming. I never comment on anything but the sub was that good. It wasn’t messy, proportioned perfectly and looked amazing when I opened it. You can tell she really cares about the quality of her work. “No air conditioning at theTehana Ridge Fort Worth store today. No sign on the door, no explanation. Customer ahead of me in line said the a/c was out last week as well. Very disappointed-I always enjoyed in store dining here. The kitchen obviously had electricity- we could see lights. And the refrigerator was cold.“

“This is one of the worst McAlister's I've ever been to. They serve disgusting & old bread, they mess up the simpliest orders, they have terrible customer service, and they mock and laugh at their customers in front of them. We will not be going back. I can't believe that they are still in business. Shocking. I ordered a pastrami sandwich on gluten free bread. The bread was as hard as a rock and I got one slice of SALAMI instead of any pastrami. When I called to have it fixed they kept me on hold for over 30 minutes. When I called again, the worker talked crap about me to the MANAGER and they laughed about it together, then hung up on me. I never even got to tell them what was wrong. My husband had to drive back to the McAlister's to have it handled in person. Horrible establishment.“

“This Jimmy John’s was an okay stop, but it didn’t really match the “fast” reputation. The sandwich was made correctly and tasted fine, but the bread felt a little stale and the fillings were uneven—one half had most of the meat and toppings. The shop looked clean, but the line moved slowly and the staff seemed a bit distracted during the rush. For the price, it’s acceptable when you need something quick, but it wasn’t consistent enough to be a go-to. I’d try it again, but I’m not in a hurry to return.“

“The second I walked in the employee, who I think is the manager, greeted me and was very attentive to me. Quick service and great conversation. I have never sent a review for a subway but while I dined in the pretty much cleaned the entire store, washed all the dishes and gave excellent customer service to about 6 other customers. BUT.... Be careful if you are using the Tap option when paying by credit card. The card reader transitions from processing to the tip screen super fast and a tip was selected for me before I had a chance to back my card away. I imagine this happens to many and they probably don't notice unless they check their receipt“

“I see so many bad reviews of this place but I’m so confused! This was my first time at this location and it couldn’t have been better. The service was so quick and polite. Now, I’m not one to write reviews but this sandwich was the best I’ve ever had from Jimmy John’s- ANY location. Hands down the best! I get an unwich every time and 98% of the time they just throw the stuff together and call it a sandwich. My sandwich was so neat and perfect this time around. The experience was so good I genuinely stopped me in my tracks to write this review. 10/10 WILL BE BACK.“

“Shout out to the man, the myth, the legend, Matthew! He was the only one working when I had to place a large order. He didn’t even flinch when I handed him the 2 page order. He was super attentive, and clarified on confusing specifications. He got straight to work making the 14 or 15 sandwiches. He absolutely went above-and-beyond by labeling everything, and separating the orders according to the requests on the paper. I was shocked when he appeared next to me with the large order in his hands, and asked where I was parked so he could carry the order for me. Sandwiches were successfully delivered, and were all correct down to the smallest details. Needless to say, those sandwiches were toast after my crews got ahold of them. Again, major props to Matthew. He is amazing. We will definitely order from this location in the future.“

“BMV is one of my GO-TO restaurants when I want to treat myself. I have only ever ordered through Uber Eats, and am happy with my order every time. I highly recommend the Grilled Pork Vermicelli Salad- it’s like a spring roll in a bowl! Easily customizable, filling, and fresh every time. It’s the perfect summer meal. I also love the Cajun sweet potato fries and the potstickers. I plan to actually go in person sometime soon to try out some of their other offerings!“

“Always good food. I wonder though why some fast food places will put the end slice of a tomato on a sandwich. So...4 stars for food. Service was a bit slow as they were working the drive thru and they cannot see when someone is waiting in the lobby. After 5 minutes we stepped around the corner and waved down 1 of the line workers who then got us a cashier. 4 stars. The restaurant was clean but most of the flavored lemonade dispensers were empty so we got fountain drinks instead. 4 stars.“
