The food is amazing, the service is top notch and the staff is so kind and accommodating. Nowadays restaurants and their patrons tend to make families with young children feel like a bother and unwelcome — Cheba Hut’s staff is not that way! They were kind to my kids, spoke to them, made sure to ask how they wanted their food and even turned on a kids movie on the tv by our table…on top of it being the best sandwiches ever, these things are what will keep us coming back. Our three year old now asks to go to “Chee Chub” all the time. Cheba Hut is our new spot! 🤝🏼“

“I’ve been a fan of McAlister’s Deli for a long time, but have never received such exceptional service as we did today. We were planning on eating in store, but my two year old fell asleep on the way there. We pulled in to the curbside pickup lane and I ordered online, while my husband went inside to wash his hands. The associate, Rich, asked to take his order and he explained the situation. Our order was supposed to take around 10 minutes but Rich had our order out in 4 minutes and wished me a Happy Mother’s Day. I would recommend this place to anyone!“

The awesome store manger ( Michelle ) and her absolute wonderful employees ( Molly, who with her larger than life personality will make feel so good about yourself ) and Samantha that have become more like 2nd family members who truly care and know you by name and talk with you about life in general. So if ever around Rosedale and 8th Avenue and want a great subway sub and truly the greatest customer service you'll ever receive then look no further than that subway store., you want regret it !!!!“

“I want to start off by saying I am a super fan of Jersey Mikes subs! But I have to speak on the staff members Tre and Luis at this particular location. I am a picky guest when I come in there. Preferably I don’t eat meat. Only tuna fish when I shop there….and those two gentlemen are amazing when it comes to the customer service. Those men are so patient with me when it comes to me showing them how I would like my sandwich made. “Went during a good lunch rush, they were very organized and attentive. Everything looked and tasted fresh. They were continuously cleaning the kitchen and bathroom was clean. They were out of a couple of the fountain drinks, I can't remember which ones. There was also a wait on warm subs but I feel like that is normal. I had a gluten free sandwich and they utilized the proper care and attention to keeping it separate but not making me wait forever.“

“I literally ate the best spicy Italian sub I’ve ever had. I wish I knew the ladies name who made it but she’s a little bit older black lady with grey hair. She was extremely nice and welcoming. “No air conditioning at theTehana Ridge Fort Worth store today. No sign on the door, no explanation. Customer ahead of me in line said the a/c was out last week as well. Very disappointed-I always enjoyed in store dining here. The kitchen obviously had electricity- we could see lights. And the refrigerator was cold.“

“This is one of the worst McAlister's I've ever been to. They serve disgusting & old bread, they mess up the simpliest orders, they have terrible customer service, and they mock and laugh at their customers in front of them. We will not be going back. I can't believe that they are still in business. Shocking. I ordered a pastrami sandwich on gluten free bread. The bread was as hard as a rock and I got one slice of SALAMI instead of any pastrami. When I called to have it fixed they kept me on hold for over 30 minutes. When I called again, the worker talked crap about me to the MANAGER and they laughed about it together, then hung up on me. I never even got to tell them what was wrong. My husband had to drive back to the McAlister's to have it handled in person. Horrible establishment.“

BUT.... Be careful if you are using the Tap option when paying by credit card. The card reader transitions from processing to the tip screen super fast and a tip was selected for me before I had a chance to back my card away. I imagine this happens to many and they probably don't notice unless they check their receipt“

“This Jimmy John’s was an okay stop, but it didn’t really match the “fast” reputation. The sandwich was made correctly and tasted fine, but the bread felt a little stale and the fillings were uneven—one half had most of the meat and toppings. The shop looked clean, but the line moved slowly and the staff seemed a bit distracted during the rush. For the price, it’s acceptable when you need something quick, but it wasn’t consistent enough to be a go-to. I’d try it again, but I’m not in a hurry to return.“

Now, I’m not one to write reviews but this sandwich was the best I’ve ever had from Jimmy John’s- ANY location. Hands down the best! “Shout out to the man, the myth, the legend, Matthew! He was the only one working when I had to place a large order. He didn’t even flinch when I handed him the 2 page order. He was super attentive, and clarified on confusing specifications. He got straight to work making the 14 or 15 sandwiches. He absolutely went above-and-beyond by labeling everything, and separating the orders according to the requests on the paper. I was shocked when he appeared next to me with the large order in his hands, and asked where I was parked so he could carry the order for me. Sandwiches were successfully delivered, and were all correct down to the smallest details. Needless to say, those sandwiches were toast after my crews got ahold of them. Again, major props to Matthew. He is amazing. We will definitely order from this location in the future.“

“Went today and was super disappointed to see they're opened from 11-8 on Thanksgiving day. I come every Tuesday and have for a few years now since I work just up the street and these women and men work hard, they deserve a day to rest and celebrate their families; especially since regular business hours pick back up the next day. These hours leave absolutely no time for enjoiying the holidays with their loved ones and everyone deserves that. I'd also be willing to bet the owner will be at home with their family resting and enjoying his holiday, like seriously 11-8? What are they supposed to celebrate at 8am or 10pm? Be realistic and show your employees some appriciation, they help run the store day in and day out, this is not how you encourage your employees, it shows zero respect to them as humans. If you want the store open thats fine, but run it yourself and give your employees time off like they deserve. This is just pure greed and is incredibly off putting as a customer. Look at all the reviews, its praising the workers, reward them with a well deserved day off.“
