I'm going to start by saying the sandwich was pretty good. But $28 for two sandwiches, chips, and drinks is a little much. And one of those sandwiches was a grilled cheese. :/ No, I'm not cheap. Just don't find this to be a good value. It's no wonder we were the only ones in there. Sorry, Potbelly, I'll come back when you offer a better value... but how will I know you are offering a better value if I don't come back? Hmmm. ?
Never ate at potbelly until this week. However I was pleasantly surprised. Sandwich was good. Soup was good and so was my wife's salad. I only saw one employee in there but she remained polite and pleasant as she fixed orders. This girl needs a raise! This was at the I-30 and Hulen location after 5.

This sandwich is basic and a 1 time order for me. $44 for 2 sandwiches, 1 small bag of chips and 2 drinks. Nothing out of the ordinary. Not a lot of meat, no interesting sauce. Not bad, just a plain old sandwich.
