I assume this location has 2.5 stars because of the staff. I've never walked straight to my car to leave a review in my life. HORRIBLE customer service. I walked in and asked the first employee in the line what I should get and I suggested 2 sandwiches I was considering. He in the most dry tone told me his choice of the 2. I said ok thank you I'll take that. I slide down to the next employee and I say can I have hot peppers he said yeah. Wait til Your sandwich comes out with an attitude. I said sorry never been here before. He ignored me. The girl who was next to the sandwich conveyor said what do you want on it. I said hot peppers and whatever veggies come on it. She says nothing comes on it an attitude. I said oh ok. Lettuce tomato and onion. Please and thank you. No response. Blank stare. Then I hear her say something about send some bacon down. I slid down to the register to pay and i said she mentioned bacon. That's not for me right? I don't eat bacon. Then Lisa (the only employee with a smile and pleasant) says cancel the bacon and the girl rolls her eyes and tells the guy cancel the bacon and throws my sandwich on the counter. Lisa asked how my day was and I said great but it's clear those 3 employees do not want to be here. She just gave a gentle laugh and asked me to fill out the survey on the receipt. I asked for her name and let her know i would be leaving a review. I'm surprised at the level of service in such a high end area. People who don't like people should work in the kitchen. 1 star! Do not recommend! The CS is garbage!!

Italian sub was excellent. Hot peppers were actually hot. Soup was average but not bad.

Horrible customer service. Young girl taking our order had no personal skills, how did she get the job I wonder. She didn't look me in the eye, she avoided talking even when I would ask her a question, and she was just plain rude. Manager needs to be informed, you got to do better than this!!

Had the tuna salad sandwich, it was the bomb! Potbelly has a great store, good food, friendly staff, and will get you your food right away! Keep it up Potbelly!

This sandwich is basic and a 1 time order for me. $44 for 2 sandwiches, 1 small bag of chips and 2 drinks. Nothing out of the ordinary. Not a lot of meat, no interesting sauce. Not bad, just a plain old sandwich.
