I’ve been a fan of McAlister’s Deli for a long time, but have never received such exceptional service as we did today. We were planning on eating in store, but my two year old fell asleep on the way there. We pulled in to the curbside pickup lane and I ordered online, while my husband went inside to wash his hands. The associate, Rich, asked to take his order and he explained the situation. Our order was supposed to take around 10 minutes but Rich had our order out in 4 minutes...read full review
I've loved McAllisters since I was a kid and have always sporadically ordered from them but this location is by far the best one I've been to. The food is always amazing when I order delivery but I have to mention the service in particular; the manager Kyle was so incredibly kind and helpful in sorting out the issue we had (which was nobody's fault, pure accident) and he handled everything with such grace and urgency, I will definitely be coming back frequently to this location...read full review
