As soon as I walk in, I am always greeted by employees but Janet is the one who smiles at me and knows my order now. My sandwich is always toasted exactly to my liking with just the right amount of toppings. 5/5 Janet is attentive and makes great sandwiches.“

“Literally had THE best encounter this evening. I put in an online pickup order around 7-8pm. Before even going in,I noticed the young man working had the biggest smile. It was the kinda energy you could feel from the parking lot! In a world that's desperately needing more of that energy, it was beyond refreshing to see someone who was genuinely happy doing their job. “I got the Philly cheese steak. The meat and the veggies were seasoned well and very tasty. The bread was soft yet firm enough to hold everything together.
The reason I chose the 4 star instead of 5 was because the cheese wasn't melted all the way.

If they would have cooked it 1 minute longer the cheese would have been perfect and the sandwich would have deserved a 5 star rating.
Reguardless, I will definitely be back.

I don't know his name, but the gentleman who takes a class at Brookhaven Community College is the best! He is always so friendly and talkative to everyone in the store or drive thru.“

“The first thing I noticed was this Subway was very clean. I was greeted when I came through the door by a cheerful young lady behind the counter. Hadn't had a Subway in a couple of years so I didn't know about all the new items. Staff was very helpful in explaining the changes. Settled on one of the protein wraps. It was very good and made quickly, added chips, a drink and a cookie and was out the door in under 10 minutes. Customer Service was great and food hit the spot. Will be back.“

“I NEVER leave reviews, but this guy deserves one! The manager running the night shift had AMAZING customer service! He was super nice, patient, and genuinely cared. He took the time to have a conversation, and I even noticed him washing his hands between every customer. He went above and beyond and made the whole experience great. It’s nice to see that this location is finally working towards it remodel however it still has a bunch of old stuff in it which is weird. Sandwiches are good, Subway is always my go to almost every day.“
