“Staff is very friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. Service is fast and done with care for the customers. Would recommend this location for lunch or dinner. “I come to this location often. I tried to call ahead to make my order but no one answered. I was on the phone calling when I came in. They just didn't answer. It pissed me off so bad. Now I am waiting on order and I brunched for time. 😡 it may be a one off but I am still upset.“
“I want to commend the staff at the Subway on Trinity Boulevard, located inside The Local Shoppe at the Shell station. The team is usually made up of all ladies, and they consistently provide outstanding customer service.
The restaurant is always immaculately clean, and the vegetables are fresh every time I visit. The staff takes their time preparing each order and pays close attention to what you want. They are friendly, patient, and make you feel like a valued customer.
They also do a great job explaining the menu, daily specials, and what comes with each meal. If you’re unsure about something, they are always happy to answer your questions without making you feel rushed.
The excellent customer service, cleanliness, and quality of the food are the reasons I continue coming back. Thank you to this wonderful team for always making my visits enjoyable. Keep up the great work!“

“We ordered ahead for carry-out for a ballpark dinner during my husband's softball tournament. We got 2 Giant Scicilians and 2 Giant Pizza sandwiches for our family of 6. It was PLENTY of food for dinner and lunch the next day! The side of bowtie pasta I got was very small for $4.99, but it was tasty!“

“This is my FAVORITE subway!! Why do you ask?!! The staff! It’s family owned, and I see the owner in every time I visit, whatever time of day. You’re greeted when you walk in, it’s clean, and the customer service is top tier. Shoutout to Ramon! He’s doing his job well….young man is going places! Wonderful smile, polite, and eager to help! 10 out of 10…highly recommend!“

“I just ate their Gyros and Philly steak,it was a more than a great test of brand fast food restaurants. amazing amazing and amazing delicious taste i ever had.
