“I order online and drive over to pick up. My order is always ready when I get there and I am greeted by name when I pick up. There are days when I choose to dine in after pickup and the staff is always very friendly with customers and they know many of them by name.“

“The workers were AWESOME!!! They were slammed all day, while EXTREMELY understaffed! They made a huge order for our baseball team, in the chaos of business. Food safety was a priority, customer service was fabulous!! The only complaint was the management having three workers making a TON of sandwiches. I was there twice and it was standing room only. The workers should be rewarded for their hard work!!!“

“Ummm dont usually leave reviews for fast food. My family ordered some sandwiches. The worker then said are u okay with no tomatoes since then it would take a bit longer since they didn’t have any tomatoes left. Meaning they would have to cut more up. Like bro i order a sandwich with tomatoes like bro im gonna want my tomatoes. She did offer a drink for us. For free. Looks understaffed.“

“I had a really great experience at this Subway location. The store itself was super clean, organized, and had a fresh, welcoming smell the moment you walk in—which already sets a good impression.
On top of that, the employees were incredibly professional, patient, and respectful. Even while handling multiple orders and a busy environment, they stayed calm and communicated clearly. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and the customers.
The food looked fresh, everything was prepared with care, and the overall environment felt clean and well-maintained. Management and ownership should be proud of the team here because they’re clearly doing something right.
