“I came on a Sunday afternoon with my family and it wasn't too busy which was really nice, the person making our sandwich, I think they were called Superstar, was super nice and didn't make me feel rushed while making my order. They even made a sauce combo and it was literally the best thing ever, it was the hot honey, onion, ranch, and I'm pretty sure that was it, but it was literally so good. “We love everything about Jason's Deli. The NRH location is the newest for us to visit and close to home. We visited there on Sunday and the food was great as usual however, they have got to be courteous to their customers and not leave the overflowing stinky cleaning carts sitting in the sun near the tables. The smell at the back of the restaurant was awful so we had to move. There were a couple of mix ups with the order but they're new and learning so we get that and the staff were all friendly. Please make a spot away from the tables for the cleaning carts. We will return after they're more established.“

“This is the closest location to me. After the one in Southlake closed. I love the Hooks & Ladder sub. I honestly prefer Firehouse Subs over Subway. I've never had a problem with the staff. I always follow the golden rule.“

I was scurrying up and down Blue Mound Rd Thursday night looking for just that right something to hit the spot. After passing all of the tired and boring Burger joints, to my delight i passed Jersey Mikes. I went in and ordered an “11, giant on wheat”my immense hunger obviously induced a brain fog because I don’t even know what that is.

I then noticed that the shift manager came from the back with a piece of equipment and began reassembling the slicer. I asked what time they closed and she said 9pm. I soon realized that it was 8;58pm and they had already began cleaning everything and shutting down for the night. I apologized to them all for coming in at the last minute and tried to cancel my order and leave.

She insisted that it was fine and proceeded to make my number “11”. After she sliced the meat and cheese and passed the sandwich over to the next employee , I realized that it was not the sandwich that I had actually intended to order, I was like sorry I meant to order a “13”. I asked what even is an 11 since it’s not on the menu. She smiled and piled on the additional ingredients all while explaining to me that they had a secret menu. OMG!!!! Mind-blown!!!

She was a sweetheart; she went above and beyond delivering exceptional customer service all while reflecting all of what I expect from the brand. I have been to few other places around closing time and have either been treated very poorly or told altogether that they were closed.

“This subway restaurant is good. There was mature white lady was working. Her service was excellent. I tried their cold cut specials which was $6.99 for footlong and i had their turkey Sandwich which was so awesome. Footlong will definitely fill you up. I would go to Subway for sandwiches only. Don’t try those salty chips or salads which i don’t suggest at all. Dining room was very clean and this place has a restaurant for customers which was great. check out my videos and pictures.“

BUT.... Be careful if you are using the Tap option when paying by credit card. The card reader transitions from processing to the tip screen super fast and a tip was selected for me before I had a chance to back my card away. I imagine this happens to many and they probably don't notice unless they check their receipt“
