“Wow, you have 3 awesome employees working at this location. Luke,Kris, Richard.I ordered my food and unexpectedly all 3 were engaging me in a conversation. It was light hearted, but all found a way to connect. I don't expect this at fast casual anymore. I ordered under my husband's name, but I have a feeling if I went back in and all 3 were working , they would just say hey, welcome back. I was running errands in the area, but don't live in the neighborhood across the street anymore. We have always enjoyed the food at this location and I bet, I will definitely make an effort to stop back in. “Subway sent out MAJOR LEAGUE coupons to residents within the area recently. So 4 people from our company decided to all throw in on Lunch. When I made it there, I didn't see the sign that said "NO COUPONS".Therefore, the price for our order was almost double! The thing is, the cashier was apologetic, and pulled his wallet out to pay the difference. I refused, and worked out a different number for an inferior order.But the fact the the young Man was willing to help out should not go unnoticed. He worked the day shift on this day (12/15/22). “Man this location is a classic Schlotsky's. Unlike in Austin and San Antonio where many of the shops are connected to a gas station or modernized to the point of being an alternate self, if this makes since, this location is unchanged. Anyways this place does mess up orders from time to time, but that's part of the fast food biz. Make sure to double check you bag and they will add the missing items.Give credit where it's due, on top of that the staff is friendly even when some seem tired, which I give kudos to them for keeping a friendly smile on even towards later hours. The food here is awesome, and besides occasional missing items, everything is always made properly. I've visited other fast food chains that sell squishy, undercooked, chewy chicken or rotting lettuce and questionable tomatoes. “I order from this location numerous times a week when I forget (or am too lazy) to pack a lunch to bring to work.. they are super friendly and their delivery drivers are on point.Sometimes by the time I get off the phone they are delivering less than 5 minutes later. The JJs by my house needs to take note. Food is always good and bread never stale. Just wish they would extend their delivery hours especially on weekends. If you don't call it in before 4pm they can't deliver.“

“I had Subway when it first came out years ago and it used to feel the sandwiches I've gotten so used to Subway not feeling the sandwich if it's Philly steak or roasted chicken I really am vegan but every so often I break down but I'm only going to Harris hospital to be admitted we stopped off at the subway in Harris hospital. I was truly amazed I order a Philly steak the staff just piled it all on including olives and a few other little things onions and bell peppers and I would no matter where I'm at in this country I will come back to this Subway anytime that I crave a Subway and bypass on the ones that are skipping on everything but this Subway is the greatest in the world in Harris hospital otherwise known as Texas Health they are just fantastic and if they want to know anymore they can leave me a message here or give me they can ask me for my phone number I recommend this restaurant over any restaurant in the hospital District or in Fort Worth Texas I don't care what it is that Philly steak was the best sandwich to have eaten in over 40 years. By the way I had purchased some cookies too chocolate chip dark chocolate and the cheesecake cookie well worth the price. The staff is slways patient, polite, and on the ball. They don't mind if you modify any of their specialty sandwiches. I see the other reviews but I didn’t have any problems. I was greeted when I approached the register. The cashier double verified with me all the toppings I wanted on my Philly. They brought my food out to me (maybe 5-10 minutes later). My sandwich was smoking hot with the cheese nice and melted. The 4 stars is only because nothing just wowed me over the top.
