Terrible experience. Said no mayo. Add mustard. Asked if I wanted pickles. I said yes. Got home to find my sandwich had no mustard. Covered in mayo I’ve actually never seen this much mayo on a sandwich before. Didn’t give me any pickles. Had to drive half an hour back to the store so they could remake my sandwich bc they said they do not give refunds. They ended up giving me a refund and the young man was very nice and told me sorry. I went online and filled out survey and received a code for a free medium drink with any sub ordered. Went in today ordered another sub and gave them my old receipt with the survey coupon code and was refused the drink because they said the manager requires the old receipt to be dated no more that 7 days when used. No where does it say it has to be used within 7 days. I even rounded up for the Fireman Fund. I guess Jersy Mikes in the same strip will get my next business.
Had not been to this location in over we a year due to poor quality food and dismal customer service. It has changed… it’s gotten worse! Last visit to this location.
