Great service at Keller Pkwy location. Bad in Roanoke, Tx. Had a bad experience yesterday in Roanoke with my food which was uneatable, cold, hard as a rock, but Keller Mgr. offered me another one which was a lot better. So, he'll get my business in the future.
The staff is friendly and helpful and the management goes above and beyond! The food is fresh and the restaurant is clean!
We drive out of our way just for the amazing customer service that Clint and his team provide. They are always so friendly and the food is always on point. Clint works so hard and is always smiling and welcoming. Never mind about how many pickles I can eat! 😁
