Our dine in order was put in the pickup queue, we didn't know it was done til much later, disappointed in the confusion by the staff (it was apparent that this wasn't the only issue at the time). I've also had issues with this place before in not understanding when I order two of the same sub, and having to wait for another to be made. Besides that, the subs are great.

Some of the best customer service I’ve received is from Laura at this location.I changed my order at the last minute and unfortunately she wasn’t able to adjust my order. Weeelllll some how she remembered my request after our phone call, corrected my order , called me to let me know she was able to fix it all while the store was busy.Thanks Laura !
