Our first time going to Potbelly. The service was a bit strange. Going through the line there was a gentleman standing before the sandwich station who I asked if we ordered here. He said yes and very kindly took our 4 sandwich orders. We continue to walk through I assumed to pay when we got down to the registers another worker asked what we ordered and we basically ordered our food all over again and then we were asked to backtrack to the sandwich station to let that person...read full review
