“I hope o have the right name cause I’m bad with names at times, but I stopped by today during the 12pm lunch rush and Cindy(Hispanic young lady) was all by herself managing a lobby full of customers not to mention a big order she was already working on. She communicated with the customers and explained the situation and apologized for us. While I don’t think the staffing problem is something she should apologize for I truly appreciated her communication. I’ve worked fast food before and it’s so easy to get overwhelmed when you are by yourself but she moved through it quickly and happily and didn’t complain once while I was there. Please give her a raise.“

“Well my experience here was great💯... I did not have anything to complain about.💯 It was neat and clean..💯 Hailey was definitely a 5️⃣⭐💯representative of Subway.. She was very polite and kind.. 💯I was surprised to see her tip jar was not full💯, after all it was about 4:00pm... People quit being cheap and tip... 💯When there's a lady that makes you order correctly, and understands everything you're saying, (in other words gives you good customer service).. You should always tip 💯... You never know what that person is going through💯, and in this day and time every little bit helps 💯

“We had an excellent time at The Metropolitan on Main. The cocktails were very unique and delicious. The French fries with truffle oil really hit the spot. And the charcuterie board had a little bit of everything:berries, cheeses, meat, bread and fig jam. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were introduced to the owner who is a delight and has a passion for entertaining.“

“I live in Dallas this Subway is in the direction of my job. I stop here about 3 to 4 days a week because these girls in here rock at this subway!!! My favorite subway! “The ladies that works there were amazing!!! It was my first time visiting Dallas (from MD) so I took the bus to explore the downtown area. I stop there to order some sandwiches and go back to the hotel. After ordered I went back to the bus stop right next to the subway. Two busses ? (230 line) didn’t stopped and after an hour I had no cellphone battery so I had to go back to subway. My cord didn’t work and those amazing ladies offered me a cup with ice and water and shared their fast charger cellphone cord that I used to check the time for the next bus stop. I made it back to the hotel thanks to them. They’re very kind people!“

“I've been here about 3 times now. The new ladies they hired are more hygienic and friendlier. I love that this Subway uses paper bags. I wish they would have the sweet and unsweet tea available as well but I also understand that they may not have the traffic as other locations. Other than that, they seem to be well-stocked and you have more drink options in the Tiger Mart.“

“Son spotted Subway from the road and just had to have it. Stopped into this location.Employee was a 16 year old. This is his first job. He exhibited excellent patience will my 7 year old who decided, undecided and then decided again what he would like his sub to consist of. We weren’t rushed.My son settled on a 6 inch ham, chips and a drink. He said it was delicious ??. It was gone it record breaking time.“

I ordered some clam chowder and a lobster roll to go and when I got to the counter, I discovered that this location doesn’t accept cash (which I intended on using ) and they don’t have Apple Pay ( which they have at most of the other locations including the shop on Inwood Road just north of Forest that I patronized yesterday) ... so I looked at her and she looked at me and she said I tell you what this one is on us.... to which I said no no I don’t like that... so she gave me my food and I slipped $40 into the container that housed all the pens on the register counter for those paying with credit cards.... it’s the way the employee handled the awkward situation... A situation I created because I didn’t verify the methods of payment...a situation that was remarkable resolved. Diamonds are rare and valuable and that employee is a real gem!“
