“I hope o have the right name cause I’m bad with names at times, but I stopped by today during the 12pm lunch rush and Cindy(Hispanic young lady) was all by herself managing a lobby full of customers not to mention a big order she was already working on. She communicated with the customers and explained the situation and apologized for us. While I don’t think the staffing problem is something she should apologize for I truly appreciated her communication. I’ve worked fast food before and it’s so easy to get overwhelmed when you are by yourself but she moved through it quickly and happily and didn’t complain once while I was there. Please give her a raise.“

“This review is in reference to Kevion Sikes, the employee working last night around 10pm. Kevionwas so respectful and patient and very knowledgeable about the menu during the ordering process. And OMG it is so refreshing to see someone so young have such incredible work ethic and drive!! They made me freaky feel welcomed the moment I walked in the door! The sandwich I ordered was the cold cut combo. I have been getting the same sandwich for years, but I swear, THAT WAS THE BEST 1 I'VE HAD YET!!!!! 🙏🏼 💜👍🏼 Even my husband loved it! I almost didn't get my sandwich Back once he tried a bite!!! 😅🤣 It goes without saying they we will definitely be back to Order with Kevion again very soon!!

I ordered some clam chowder and a lobster roll to go and when I got to the counter, I discovered that this location doesn’t accept cash (which I intended on using ) and they don’t have Apple Pay ( which they have at most of the other locations including the shop on Inwood Road just north of Forest that I patronized yesterday) ... so I looked at her and she looked at me and she said I tell you what this one is on us.... to which I said no no I don’t like that... so she gave me my food and I slipped $40 into the container that housed all the pens on the register counter for those paying with credit cards.... it’s the way the employee handled the awkward situation... A situation I created because I didn’t verify the methods of payment...a situation that was remarkable resolved. Diamonds are rare and valuable and that employee is a real gem!“

“I live in Dallas this Subway is in the direction of my job. I stop here about 3 to 4 days a week because these girls in here rock at this subway!!! My favorite subway! The bread was toasted just right and held everything together without falling apart everywhere lol. The employee was friendly and didn’t rush through the order, which I appreciated. “I've been here about 3 times now. The new ladies they hired are more hygienic and friendlier. I love that this Subway uses paper bags. I wish they would have the sweet and unsweet tea available as well but I also understand that they may not have the traffic as other locations. Other than that, they seem to be well-stocked and you have more drink options in the Tiger Mart.“

“Absolutely love jersey Mike's never had a bad experience at any location been my hands down go to place for a sammich beats out every other place that exists fresh bread fresh meat sliced like your at the deli and I dont get mines Mike's way cuz I dnt do veggies but that salt pepper oil vinegar and spices they add makes it the best sammich to eat i recommend a #9 add Ham extra bacon brown mustard mayo and all the spices oil n vinegar u wont be disappointed omg my mouth is watering just typing abt it i drooled on my phone🤤🤤“

“Excellent sandwich shop, had the steak, Italian and the spicy chicken over a couple of visits. Tasted great and I like that it is toasted. Also the fact that you can add different toppings to make it the way you like it.
