Came over here to grab a bite to eat for an early lunch and their system was down so we had to wait while it rebooted. Instead of charging the line of customers who were waiting they gave us free meals instead. Excellent customer service and not something you see as much anymore these days!
Most of the time I order thru the app so a can just swing by. Half the time food turns out as order; half the time the order is messed up by a customization or two. No big deal, but why is it more often that a sandwich that didn't have any customization at all gets messed up.

Generally a decent, well-run franchise at this location. Disappointed in lack of my expected dark rye option I am accustomed to at other locations. Makes the bacon turkey club. Otherwise satisfied with my purchase.
