At the end of February, I called an order into this store.Only to have my debit card numbers stolen by an employee and then my bank account emptied. The response from the franchise was to give me a twenty dollar store credit. Trying to use it, of course that's only 2 sandwiches, I got grief from one of the employees who then hung up on me. Order from this store at your own peril. Jimmy John's hires felons. Keep that in mind when you give them your credit card number.
Food is pretty good, but the service is strange. I walked in and the guy at the register was watching TV from his phone and it took about a minute for him to realize I was standing in front of him waiting to order. There was little to no dialogue from him, not even a "thank you" or "would you like your receipt?" This location really goes above and beyond. The manager Kenny Livingston is by far the hardest working nicest human I have ever come in contact with. He always has a smile on his face and is happy to help everyone. He opens the door for everyone and is so friendly. The entire staff is amazing. This location is by far the best one I have ever ate at. Just an over all great experience.
