ROCK BOB

This location really goes above and beyond. The manager Kenny Livingston is by far the hardest working nicest human I have ever come in contact with. He always has a smile on his face and is happy to help everyone. He opens the door for everyone and is so friendly. The entire staff is amazing. This location is by far the best one I have ever ate at. Just an over all great experience.

At the end of February, I called an order into this store.Only to have my debit card numbers stolen by an employee and then my bank account emptied. The response from the franchise was to give me a twenty dollar store credit. Trying to use it, of course that's only 2 sandwiches, I got grief from one of the employees who then hung up on me. Order from this store at your own peril. Jimmy John's hires felons. Keep that in mind when you give them your credit card number.

Food is pretty good, but the service is strange. I walked in and the guy at the register was watching TV from his phone and it took about a minute for him to realize I was standing in front of him waiting to order. There was little to no dialogue from him, not even a "thank you" or "would you like your receipt?" This is the second time this man has waited on me, the first time he didn't know how to use the register (I think he was high). The guy who made my sandwich was a little more friendly, he knew how to put two words together.

Bruh the manager said they don’t toast bread and that the bread comes hard like that after I called and reported my sub being sent to me the bread hard as a rock if I could give you a 0 star review I would the manager is trash Her exact words ma’am all our bread comes hard lol

Do not order from this Jimmy John’s. Their drivers seem to go home at whatever time of day they choose. They do not turn off DoorDash or Uber Eats, accept the orders when they know they can’t fulfill, then tell you to deal with it, Assuming to not upset Jimmy John’s Corporate. I’ve never once had an order from this store be delivered. 0/5. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Ordered my sandwich for delivery at 4:36 PM. App said it was delivered around 5 PM, but I had not yet received my sandwich. I called the store to update them at 5:15 PM, and they said they're waiting for the driver to come pick it up and that the app was faulty. At 6:02 PM I called again informing them once again that I still have not received my order. Was informed that the driver never came back to pick up my order and that they can't reach them. I understand that things happen, but the complete lack of communication was appalling. I could've made alternate arrangements an hour ago had I known. When I pointed that out there was 0 accountability for this.

Honestly, I wouldn't know if the food is good or not. I placed my order through Doordash, waited 30 minutes then they called and asked if I would like to cancel my order. I said yes, they completed my order, never gave me a refund, every time I call, I'm put on hold.Honestly, if you want Jimmy John's, you might wanna order in store otherwise you probably won't get your food and won't get a refund

Great food and the Manager, Chef, Order Taker had to do EVERYTHING, even when there were 10 customers in line. He was awesome, but owners need to hire someone to help.
