He is very communicative and will directly call you to confirm any and all details! Also, the food never disappoints! “We had a fantastic experience with the food truck. Their chili cheese loaded fries were incredibly tasty, and the quality taste of their hot dogs and corn dog made for a perfect lunch in the park. The jalapeño popper corn dog, in particular, was a delightful surprise and our absolute favorite. The customer service was top-notch, and the overall vibes of the place were fantastic. The food truck's service was prompt and efficient, and the prices were reasonable for the excellent quality and generous portions of fries, hot dogs, and burgers. We can't wait to contact the Food Truck Connector in Dallas to arrange an event and share this amazing food and delightful atmosphere with others.“

“This weekend we had 2 meals catered by Paramount Fresh Catering for 140 football players and coaches from New Orleans that came to play in Dallas. The quality and the custom made menu were absolutely delicious !!! The coaches wanted high protien and a well balanced meals. On top of the quality of food they went overboard with the quantity.
Customer service and accommodations could not have been any better. We had delays and time changes due to the weather and they stuck with us and pushed times back at the last minute over and over.

“INCREDIBLE! We recently used Longhorn Catering for our wedding, and we were THRILLED with their services!!! From start to finish, Longhorn was communicative and professional. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our day perfect— they are fundamentally client-focused, meaning they were willing and happy to help in any way they could to make our wedding a success!! We had over 100 people at our wedding, and they handled our cocktail hour/appetizers, bar, dinner, and clean up with ease and perfection. Longhorn was so easy to work with, including being incredibly attentive to emails/calls and willing to jump in and help wherever needed. A special shoutout to Javier who helped make everything happen!!! The appetizers and dinner they provided were DELICIOUS, not to mention how much fun my husband and I had during the process of selecting our food choices (which Longhorn made so fun and special). Longhorn is incredibly RELIABLE and provided us with five star service all around! They were the nicest people to have at our wedding and made the event truly memorable. “Bistro 31 is a charming, cozy, and upscale spot that easily earned a repeat visit from us this summer—and surprisingly, parking was a breeze this time around. From the host and hostess to our servers, the entire front-of-house team delivered 5-star service: warm, polite, and attentively managed. The beverage program matched the service step-for-step, offering cocktails that were as photogenic as they were delicious. We kicked things off with the Chanel No. 31, a fabulous and fun creation, followed by the Bistro Old Fashioned made with Garrison Brothers, which was robust and expertly mixed. The appetizers and soups set a high culinary bar. The lobster salad was super refreshing with lobster so fresh it tasted like it had just jumped out of the water, and the lobster bisque was silky and creamy, packed with generous mouthfuls of lobster chunks. We also ordered the fresh sliced prosciutto & melons, which was mouthwatering good; the savory nature of the prosciutto and the sweetness of the melons play against each other in the best possible way, resulting in a combination so delicious it is honestly worth ordering a second round. The Mediterranean Octopus leaned a tiny bit dry—though that may have just been because we got distracted by the incredible starters—but it was still deeply flavorful and elevated by the accompanying spicy Provençal sauce. For entrees, the branzino special of the day lacked a bit of punch and skewed slightly dry. Fortunately, the sea bass completely stole the show. It was cooked to absolute perfection—flaky yet meaty—and the white wine lemon sauce brilliantly accentuated the freshness of the fish with a savory, great finish. With its welcoming staff, stellar menu, and strong kitchen execution, Bistro 31 is well worth revisiting every so often. Highly recommended.“

“I was facing my 50th birthday in the middle of COVID, and while I still wanted to celebrate, I wanted to be sure and put as many precautions in place to protect my guests. I found one of my biggest hurdles to be food, and Big Box came to the rescue. They delivered individually wrapped taco boxes (with the silverware inside) allowing for contactless distribution. Not to mention, the food was amazing, and it was delivered timely and hot. My only suggestion - take their advice on what they suggest. They were right on everything they told me!“

“If you are planning any sort of event- you've found your dream catering vendor with Wendy! Extremely professional, excellent service, and went above and beyond than the capacity of a traditional caterer. Our events had many cultural and timing nuances that were all handled expertly by Wendy and her team. We actually stopped by one day prior to our event to drop off some desserts and got to see a preview of the action of her catering staff prepping our menu- things that some caterers might buy pre-made, Wendy's team was making from scratch. We got so many compliments regarding the food from everyone we talked to that night. Wendy's team also ensured that my wife and I were able to take time to eat and actually enjoy our reception with their excellent service. 10/10 would recommend for any event.“
