Bistro 31 is a charming, cozy, and upscale spot that easily earned a repeat visit from us this summer—and surprisingly, parking was a breeze this time around. Never a bad experience here. Lovely place, noise level is very conversation-friendly, food is always very good, and our server was spot on. Great place for a date night or just a really relaxing lunch.
Service was excellent. They have trees for your purse... the best. Every restaurant needs this. Food was fantastic!
