Came on a Friday night with family and Can definitely say I recommend this place you can come with friends and family. Great location, atmosphere, food, dessert and overall the service. Jesus Cardenas provided exceptional service. If I could give more stars I would.

Based on the reviews, Mi Cocina is a place with a great location and delicious Tex-Mex. The food is fresh and full of flavor. The atmosphere is amazing, very welcoming and comfortable. The upstairs bar is more intimate with better service. However, the parking is annoying and frustrating. They validate but you still have to pay $10.
Specific meals mentioned include the Sunset Enchiladas and Carne Asada. Several servers provide excellent service. Yahir was super awesome with great recommendations. Angie had a great attitude and service that was above and beyond. Raquel always takes care of customers and introduces all the great salsas. Frye is everything a bartender should be, remembering names and drink orders. Pedro was especially kind. The service from these staff members is worth coming back for.
