We hired Chef Fabian, about a year before our wedding. And as soon as I spoke with him over the phone we clicked instantly! We knew we had to hire him! I had no idea what I wanted as far as food for our wedding but he threw out ideas and we got a menu together. He was very professional! And was there at each time we needed him! His food is amazing!!! You can tell he cooks with love and dedication! I highly recommend Chef Fabian! Thank you so much for everything
