I LOVE EVERYTHING this man makes for us. I found Fabian in one of the DFW black restaurant Facebook pages when I inquired about who could do my reception. He was very responsive and quick. He handled my bridal shower and wedding reception and everyone loved every piece of food. He is so friendly but professional and really listens and caters to his clients. I was forced to changed dates due to covid and getting pregnant and he was happy to work with us during the changing times. He truly made my events a time to remember as I still get compliments on the food. I think I have found my own personal event chef as I will definitely recommend and use him for any big or medium events I am having.
