“Stopped by The Pelican House for some Louisiana Cajun flavor and it did not disappoint! I ordered the grilled seafood platter,super flavorful and cooked just right. You can really taste the seasoning in every bite. I also tried the peach cobbler, and it was spot on. Perfect balance of breading and peachesn not too heavy, not too sweet. Shoutout to Louis, the owner, for the great conversation and sharing some helpful advice about opening a restaurant. That personal touch made the experience even better. Definitely coming back!”

“It was pretty quiet for a Friday night and while I'm sure the restaurant would have loved to have been busier we loved that it was nice and chill. We had zero wait and every staff member we interacted with was also super nice and friendly without being obnoxious. The service and the chill atmosphere really made for a nice relaxing Friday dinner. Honestly some of the better restaurant service we've had in a long time. We didn't end up getting drinks but the salad was crisp, and the food was fast, hot, and tasted great.”

“First time visiting this restaurant. Nice atmosphere. Nice family environment. While we were there we were in the presence of a 56th birthday celebration and a graduation. Nice group. We had the shrimp basket and the 12 piece wing (lemon pepper). Food arrived hot and seasoned perfectly. Family really enjoyed our meal.”

“Roadside BBQ eatery with one large picnic table to eat at, otherwise it’s to go. BEST BBQ EVER! Price was reasonable and portions generous. Staff was super nice and came by (we got the one table) and checked on us.
Super attentive, bringing more napkins and a bag of potato chips for the kiddos. Amazing BBQ without the bbq sauce on it or with the sauce on it. Their rub ingredients were amazing. We WILL be back. Took one star off for only having one table but I understand their constraints, being just off street.”

“Amazing sno cone place, I’ve been going here since I was 19 and I’m now 23. the sno cones are creative and there’s so many flavors to choose from. I noticed the snow cone counter when I was a teenager cause they have orchid cream vanilla which is not a very well known flavor, it’s rare to see it at sno cone places nowadays cause it’s one of the first sno cone flavors ever made. My dad used to take me to get orchid cream vanilla sno cones when I was a kid and the orchid cream here definitely hits the spot and reminds me of my childhood. If you want a good sno cone come here, I highly recommend 💯”

“I visited Chick-fil-A recently and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The restaurant seemed very busy and the line was very long but a employee Natalie still walked up to my vehicle and attended me perfectly. She repeated my order and had a smile although even with the sun hitting her right in the face.Her customer service stood out and genuinely improved my visit.

“This is the best hometown flavor. It is amazing that it is not a fancy restaurant to deliver good taste. The breakfast menu may be a little overpriced, in my opinion. An egg plate will cost as much as a lunch meal. But other than that, it is a great bite stop.”
