I want to give a special shout-out to Tangela Jackson who provided exceptional service. She was incredibly polite and even went the extra mile by giving me an extra leg with my two-piece order. Not only was the food hot and crispy, but it also had that homemade taste that made it truly special. I've been to Halls Honey Fried Chicken three days in a row because their food is just that good! I highly recommend giving them a try. For the outstanding service and delicious food, I believe they truly deserve five stars. I will definitely be coming back for more. “I came here after looking up Oxtails in Dallas and stumbling across Dre’s video. It was around 2:00 on a Sunday. I was going to order the Cabbage although greens are my favorite only bc Dre wasn’t a big fan of the greens, but they ran out of cabbage and yams which was my second choice, I was very disappointed. The oxtails are pretty good kinda blander than I’m used to and the gravy doesn’t help much at all, but I put some salt and pepper and honestly I’ll definitely come back again and the greens were AMAZING, kinda happy it was the last choice bc like I said they are my favorite. If you are thinking about going DO it the plate was like $38“

“LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION … This location is the BEST to visit. It is in Downtown Dallas, the inside is spacious, and has patio seating. Yes, it is family, child, and service animal friendly. If you’re like us, you can enjoy your food and people watch. Their fried pickles and jumbo wings are to die for. Lunch specials are worth a try, but we’ve frequented it so long, we just go. 😂🤙🏽✊🏽 It’s ALWAYS spotless (clean) with a dope vibe and music. We just love, love, love returning as regular and seeing familiar faces like the incredible manager J, who loves the customers and staff so much it shows in her actions and spirit. You won’t be disappointed, will get your money’s worth, and enjoy the experience as a first timer!!“
“I would highly recommend this place. The food was so good. The oxtails were a 10 out of 10. The hot water cornbread was like grandmoms, however very snall.
Destiny was such a great host. She waited on everyone as though they were the first customer of the day. She served, answered questions, made ti go places and handed the front line, all with a welcoming smile, knowledge and a kind Spirit .I got the veggie plate and it was good“

“With immense potential, this place could easily exceed expectations. The overall setup left me impressed. Although the staff was friendly during my visit for dinner, the wait time of one hour for reheated frozen and canned food was excessive. I anticipated more from the venue itself, and unfortunately, it didn't leave a lasting impression. If you ever aspire to achieve greatness, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me.“

“Hands down one of the best snow cone trucks. The staff is very welcoming and nice. They are very fast and are eager to make sure you get what you asked for. On the menu, it says that any extra item is 50 cents to 1 dollar, which is very reasonable. If ya'll can read the menu and stop being ignorant, the people working wouldn't be rude to you.“

“The wings are absolutely amazing! Service was excellent as well. There really is no atmosphere other than people standing around waiting for their food. There are no tables & chairs, so no dining in. There's a small ledge by the windows for people to sit on if they want. But the space itself could use a really good deep cleaning. However, it didn't deter me from going back the very next day for more. That chicken is so damn good it's ridiculous! I wasn't aware there were other items on the menu. My husband has only ever gotten me wings. But I plan to try everything because those wings have me in a damn chokehold! Great job, Henderson!
Update... Not a fan of the chicken tenders. They were large & dry. But them wings hit err time!“

“It's like going to your Auntie's house to get a plate of a home cooked meal.I just so happened to stumble upon this place one Saturday morning and I've been in love ever since. It's real food, no "fast food". Calandra cook everything fresh. I know because I've sat and watched her. So far I've had breakfast and lunch. Both hit the spot. Left no crumbs.“
