Horrible customer service, people please know that there are other options....you dont need to pay people to be rude to you. The barbecue isn't that good anymore....anyway. Try Hutchins or even True Texas barbecue. Odoms couldn't give me free food to come back to this no air condition dump.

The food isn't good enough for them to be as rude as they are. The Cashier threatened to curse me out for signing my partners name on the receipt on his behalf...and a separate time a gentleman told me to get off his phone when I called asking what was on the menu for soul-food Sunday.
