Food was good but the woman cashier was rude and gave off horrible energy almost snap my head off because I asked for chives on my bake potato....too many bbq spots in Texas I won't be back.

The food is great butWe just got home with our order after i just spent $108 part of my ordered was 2 lbs of brisket lb was supposed to be lean the other marbled and got what looks like 2 gallons of chopped beef and bbq sauce I'm using these post for verification that I tried to connect this establishment but they haven't added a number for people to call so I'll be there in the the morning to get either my money back or my 2 lbs of brisket the food here is great they just need to work on the service

I see many complaining because if you don’t like it don’t come back this is my favorite place for 10 years since I tried it and in my work we are daily customers the food is the best I prefer this before the Dickey’s Barbecue

This is our first time journeying to this kitchen and it was not hospitable. The service was poor, unwelcoming to say the least. Food came quickly and remembered that potato salad! Yuck! The beef sandwiches were soggy and the East Texas links were overboiled and covered w/BBQ sauce and soggy too. The potato salad tasted like boxed mashed potatoes with minimum seasoning and small pieces of potatoes. A straight ? NO SIR..OMS

The ribs were good. A little tough this time around, but the taste was good.Update..went in on Christmas Eve, and the ribs were not good this time around. Very fatty on some and the sauce is horrible. Too far to drive for not so great ribs. Sorry, Odoms, it's a no return for me

Worst customer service ever.People were waiting for the establishment to open. 4 ppl were asking for bake potatoes. The man was so rude. Couldn't even give an estimate time.That man was rude as he'll to EVERYONE.I can't give my money to any business that don't respect their customers. I went there today I didn’t see any food or cars I asked a simple question are you guys closing the owners brother whoever he was just starting going off on me I’ve never been to Odoms so I don’t know the place I politely walked out on the way out he says yea get tf on and proceeds to tell the person I’m with they better tell me who he is very unprofessional and disrespectful place of business I will never spend my money at this place 12/10/23
