“First visit with a group of 20+. The staff was friendly, attentive and aimed to please. Food was very good. Any issue anyone had was addressed and rectified with a small. We had a great time and looking for to attending a Sunday afternoon Gospel Show sometimes this Fall.“

“Welcome home. If I could title my review, that would be it. From the moment I stepped through the door, the (cute!) young man behind the counter made me feel like he had been waiting for me all day. I have anxiety, but it melted away with his charm. The mac and cheese wasn’t ready when I got there, so I was given two choices: they’d replace it with any side, or I could wait and they would make it fresh. Who doesn’t like fresh food? I was entertained while I waited, and the time flew by. Food was hot and fresh. Service was above and beyond. It was my first time in Grand Prairie, but I hope to be back ASAP — only partially for the eye candy!“

“GO TO HUTCHINS INSTEAD!!! (UNLIMTED DESSERT THAT TASTE BETTER THAN HERE) Me and my boyfriend ordered from here and it was NOT worth it. We ordered two buns and they literally squished them into one container. We also ordered two slabs of brisket and they didn't even bother to cut that in half. They also forgot HALF of our order which was the sausages. Mac and cheese tastes really weird because of the cheese they use (not good AT all in my opinion). I also posted a comment under one of their posts on instagram and they of course deleted it. Horrible customer service.“

“I was visiting Dallas for a day to attend the imagine dragons loom tour and I told my wife I want some good bbq and she said I found a place close to the hotel with a 4 star rating. Well we ordered and from the time I walked in the door it felt like home in Ga when I tasted my meat platter automatically 6 ⭐️’s the sides Da Bomb I had Ribs. Pork. Brisket. “Humps BBQ is delicious. I’ve had ribs, pulled pork, brisket and today I had the loaded baked potato with brisket . It is the best loaded baked potato I’ve ever had and I am already planning my next trip. So convenient with a drive thru window. You can also call your order in, pay for it over the phone and tell them what time you’ll pick it up. My husband commented on the phone that it was a special occasion and they threw in a couple drinks for us. Did I mention they have alcoholic beverages in the drive thru???? Well worth the trip down Hampton, it’s quiet down here in Kiestwood.“

“We stopped in here for a quick lunch because it’s a quick exit off of the freeway. We were hungry for barbecue so decided to give it a try. We were glad we did. The food was hot. The meat is tender and there’s a very good selection of sides. You can order okra, which was very good. This portion sizes are large, so you probably will have some left over. We felt that it was clean and the service was quick and friendly. We will stop in again.

Wheelchair accessibility: One of our members uses a scooter and accessibility, for it was excellent.“

“Down in Dallas visiting my pops, and let me just say…. THIS WAS THE BEST BBQ IVE HAD IN MY 24 years on this planet! The smoked pork belly was so juicy, and tender, and man, the brisket!!! The brisket was to die for!!! So tender, but not brittle! Dad and I agreed this is now a destination spot and he will be coming , and the next time I’m in Dallas I will be seeping my teeth into some delicious fatty, juicy, succulent brisket and pork belly! Also the place was pristinely clean and the staff was so sweet! Let me add - the banana pudding was the perfect balance of sweet!“

Everything was delicious, beans, pork ribs, onions, etc.
The front desk service was nice and friendly.

Cons:
I had to go to the restrooms and the only door made me forget about it.
Look around the building until you found the sign that says “entrance” should be more visible

I attended a concert for the first time and received excellent care when it came to accessibility. We were allowed to the front of line for expedited security, staff made room for me in crowded areas, and staff was extremely knowledgeable about accessibility needs.
