“Went here around 2pm on a Monday not busy and received very prompt /pleasant service. I ordered the 2 meat plate with pulled pork and sliced brisket , mac n cheese, greens &side of cobbler.Meats were tender , well seasoned overall delicious. No complaints there! Only thing is I recommend adding another slice of bread if you want to make a sandwich with your meat. It only comes with one and there’s an extra charge for more.Mac n cheese is different than previous photos, flavor was not there for me and was more like a casseroleGreens were delicious! Had a different taste than your normal thanksgiving plate, almost as iv there was some carribean influence .Cobbler was ok , a tad watery than would’ve liked and too heavy on the nutmegg, but decent and i ate it lol.Overall would 100% go back!“
“I gave this place a try as I was craving barbecue and wanted to try something different. I ordered through Uber Eats and my food was still hot when it arrived! I ordered spicy sausage, greens, mac & cheese, and BANANA PUDDING. Why is banana pudding in all caps you ask? It’s because it’s THE BEST banana pudding I’VE EVER HAD!!!! Whoever makes it, please give my compliments to that chef! I will be definitely be ordering more food and dessert from this place very soon!!!“
“Oh man, this place was amazing the customer service is fantastic, the whole vibe of the place was electric, everyone was friendly, the Mac n Cheese was some of the very best I've had, the spicy BBQ sauce is too die for! The banana putting was soooooo good!!! The ribs are possibly the best I've had I mean they were perfect the only complaint I would have is the brisket Is a bit dry but outside of that one of the best joints I've tried in a long time!“

“I hadn't visited Ray's since before Covid. I had actually forgotten about it. The brisket did not disappoint, the baked beans were just right and I should have gotten a larger potato salad. Best I've had in a long time and I know my potato salad. Will definitely go back!“
“I visited the Midlothian location. . The food was great.. but what impressed me is I thought I left my wallet and I called and spoke to Pedro, the store manager. He went above and beyond to try and locate it for me.. him and another girl. I didn’t get her name, but they were both very helpful. “I had a baked potato with lean brisket. It's delicious! I'll be going to eat there more often. It's reasonable. Juniors is a down home sort of place. Service was good, they are serious about getting your food to you. I wish I'd have taken a photo of my potato to share.“
