“It was pretty quiet for a Friday night and while I'm sure the restaurant would have loved to have been busier we loved that it was nice and chill. We had zero wait and every staff member we interacted with was also super nice and friendly without being obnoxious. The service and the chill atmosphere really made for a nice relaxing Friday dinner. Honestly some of the better restaurant service we've had in a long time. We didn't end up getting drinks but the salad was crisp, and the food was fast, hot, and tasted great.“

Creamy banana pudding with bourbon-caramelized bananas, peanut butter cookie, nut brittle, and whipped cream—pure indulgence and worth every single bite. “We just visited for the first time. Nik was our server and did a fabulous job. The atmosphere was amazing , beautiful live music, and amazing food ! Definitely a place we will go again! The only thing that dampered the mood a bit was another server. While she was a gorgeous and stunning young lady, her attitude and unprofessional display on dining room floor directed at our server, and noticed by all in attendance, was appalling. These types of acts can ruin a beautiful atmosphere and the reputation of your business. Definitely needs to be addressed!“

I had the Blackened Salmon on a bed of veggies and Alfredo pasta on the side. It was excellent! Not to mention, Karina's service was stellar. I will certainly be returning. If you have driven by, do yourself a favor and stop by. The food, service, and sangrias will make this an Oak Cliff favorite.“

“Amazing experience! Patrice and LaDairas were great and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.

The atmosphere is definitely one of the highlights. The dark décor, exposed brick, wine display, vintage clock, and classic artwork give the restaurant a really cool old-school mafia-style vibe. There are plenty of great spots for pictures, and the restaurant has a classy but relaxed feel.

The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We had salmon, shrimp, creamy rice, and green beans, and everything looked and tasted amazing. The drinks and wine were also excellent and went perfectly with the meal. 🍷🍸

It’s also very family-friendly. We brought our two kids, and they really enjoyed themselves, which made the experience even better for us.

“I was very disappointed on my last visit in Carrollton. It was a late lunch, sat in the side room. 2 tables were being used when we got there but left shortly after. We asked that the music be turned down so we could hear one another and it took 2 requests for them to turn it down slightly. Music is fine but we did go there for good food and conversation.“

At one point they forgot to bring my mothers plate and brought it a little later after everyone had already gone halfway through eating. Food, staff service, management-guest engagement, ambiance, etc. My gf & I had our 3yr anniversary here & couldn’t have felt more welcomed or catered to by everyone from the front door all the way to the very intimate/cozy booth we were sat at. The decor is stunning, everywhere you look feels like the most luxurious 5star hotel & the music playing was an amazingly curated playlist with oldies & foreign-language entries. Our waitress was highly knowledgeable about every dish, could speak at length about popular choices, in addition to her own favs (always appreciated) & while all of the food ordered (pickled veggies, house bread, sweet/sour meatballs, calamari with white sauce, spicy rigatoni vodka & chicken parm) was some of the most delicious food I’ve had in Dallas, what we ended up appreciating the most is the staff treated us to an off-menu anniversary dessert that means a lot to our relationship (an Affogoto) with a lit candle! Robyn was so amazing. She was so kind and went out of her way to provide over the top service to us and our baby boy . “If you are in the area or staying at the Hyatt Regency Dallas, please visit Parrino’s Oven! It was so good that we ate here two nights in a row. The food is top notch, you can tell by the consistency of the pasta that it is homemade. They had the softest, most authentic Italian gelato I have ever had. Out of everything, the best part of this place was the service. My drink never got under 2/3 full because the servers were constantly tending to our table. Our server kindly made suggestions and answered all of our questions, and our meals were brought out promptly exactly as we had ordered them. The prices were very reasonable, and they even offered half portions for most of the entrees, which was much appreciated.“

“The to go staff was very courteous and the food was hot. My only issue is with the broccoli 🥦 on my child's Chicken alfredo order. It was discolored and shouldn't have been placed on her dish. Some of my salad was brown as well. I'd advise them to be more careful of what they serve guests. Besides that the food was fresh and hot.“
