Roma's Italian Bistro offers great food and a chill, clean ambiance during weekdays. The chicken cesar salad, White Wonder Pizza with Fried Chicken, lobster ravioli, chicken picatta, and tiramisu are all delicious. The food packaging keeps everything warm for takeout, and there is a great rewards program. Staff is very polite and professional, though some reviews note that management should not wear crocs and sweatpants and needs to learn better manners. The restaurant is described as an amazing Italian restaurant and a gift from Albania in the middle of Dallas. Customers become regulars and will be back.
