While I was their the to go attendant and another waitress came by to give me service. I a KJ ways have great service at this location. Gats off to the manager who is very stern with the kids working there. She was getting on them like she was their Mother in a good way. We need that in today's world. “Im giving all 5 stars but I was really sad about how I was treated.
The food is undeniably amazing. There was a small miscommunication about my order and one of the employees really made me sad by his comment. I was kindve shocked because my bf comes here and loves this place.

Nonetheless, it was a full house so I didnt want to say anything but im sure it could have been rectified. And I dont like getting pelple in trouble either.

I will for sure be back and I recommend this place for sure.

“Food excellent as usual. However, I dined 2 weeks ago at this restaurant & server did not give 20% discount or double rewards points (Sunday winter promotion). I had to address it with the restaurant after mentioning it in a survey. Last night same issue occurred again. I informed server of the promotion & she went to check on it. Server did return with new check reflecting 20% discount & stated I would be receiving double reward points. There were a number of people dining last night & my concern is that other diners were also denied 20% discount & double reward points.“

“Tonight me and the wife decided to eat at this establishment. Knowing the location we were prepared to wait a while we were told 30-45min. We were seated in 15-20min. Pretty fast for how busy they were. Our waitress Ana.Cook gave us an exceptional experience for tonight’s dinner. She has great energy was very attentive and super helpful. We learned a little about her and that is always welcoming when you can share a similar conversation. Food was amazing our drinks were perfectly made. I can go on about this place. But Ana set the bar high with her great attitude. Thank you for the great experience. Definitely a place to come back to. The music was the right level to still conversate and also enjoy. “We cater 20-25 individual meals for our warehouse employees once a month. This month we chose Olive Garden. This location could not have been any better. From the lady who took the order at the To-Go station, to the quality of the food, everything was A+. Everyone was friendly, appreciative, and helpful. Normally there is at least 1 hiccup when playing 25 different orders. Not with this location. Everything was absolutely perfect and we will be ordering this again in the coming months.“

“Villa Dianna is sooooo good. We have always gotten their pizzas and in my opinion, they are the best pizzas I’ve ever had. They are huge too which is a bonus! Today was my first visit inside and I loved it! It’s so cute inside and has a really nice vibe to it. As soon as you walk in, it smells amazing and made me so excited to eat some good food. I got the chicken and shrimp combo (not knowing how big it is; it’s HUGE by the way) but it was sooo good. I absolutely love their Alfredo sauce. But the portion is so big you will definitely get to enjoy it more than once! That made me even more excited for it. I definitely recommend going to Villa Dianna anytime! Whether dinning in or getting it to go!“
