This review is in reference to Kevion Sikes, the employee working last night around 10pm. Kevionwas so respectful and patient and very knowledgeable about the menu during the ordering process. And OMG it is so refreshing to see someone so young have such incredible work ethic and drive!! They made me freaky feel welcomed the moment I walked in the door! Worst subway. They always have something broken and they almost never get my sandwich right. Just drive down to another one.
The customer service is great although, I asked for the sweet onion teriyaki sub and they were out of the chicken. 😟

Subway has seen a big difference in food quality since the manager Maria took over. The store is always clean and the team is amazing. Customers have had great experiences with representatives like Hailey and Alejandra, who provide excellent customer service even during busy times. Hailey was polite and kind, while Alejandra was patient and attentive, making sure each sandwich was labeled correctly. Customers appreciate the fresh food and the hardworking staff at this Subway location.
