I had not been to this Subway in a long time. The service was good the food area was clean and my sandwich was good
I gave this rating today because there was only one worker at 12:30. Only two kinds of chips available and you could tell she was worn out already. I repeated what I wanted three times. When you leave people solo they quit on you. This is the subway I frequent often. Three to four times a month. Do better please!
I hope o have the right name cause I’m bad with names at times, but I stopped by today during the 12pm lunch rush and Cindy(Hispanic young lady) was all by herself managing a lobby full of customers not to mention a big order she was already working on. She communicated with the customers and explained the situation and apologized for us. Subway on Cedar Ridge in Duncanville offers excellent service with friendly staff. The dedicated staff, including Cornelius, handled the workload efficiently and with a smile. Customers appreciate the fresh bread and vegetables, although they may be out of some items like tomatoes. The staff is patient and helpful, making for a wonderful dine-in experience. Despite some changes, like hiding food preparation behind a shield, customers hope this was just a one-time issue and not a regular occurrence. The staff is happy to introduce new items, like sandwich croutons, and serve customers with a genuine smile, making Subway a great place for a lovely lunch or dessert.
