Intentionally left off my ranch and mayonnaise. They only added a lot of black pepper. This has to be the worst subway ever. If y'all don't want to work why are you there. To just mess up people food and not actually do your job. Corporate needs to be called because this is unacceptable. Especially when I just purchased three footlongs. This is sad!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would over and over again. Hire people who actually values their work ethic and actually wants to work.

Subway is Subway and your experience there will depend on your taste and what you order. And as for me, I will never go outside my box and try nothing new there. The Philly Cheesesteak was horrible. Idk why I thought it would be anything more than that. No flavor. No steak sauce. And then my "fresh" bread was toasted and hard as a rock (but not burnt). I will just stick with what I know going forward.

It's OK, but they have begun hiding the food from us while being prepared with a shield.That is not a good sign that this is happening.....I think I'll cease going to this subway,I'm sure many people appreciated seeing their food prepared, it was a staple of subway wasn't it...Something is certainly going on here...

Dear potential Customer please be advised to Avoid this location Broken Toaster & Drink Machine,My subs are on really bad presentation and very cool ingredients I can Believe. This place still openThe supposed heated my subs on the microwave, but I think the micro works really bad or what.For nothing recommended

Only one employee was working (young black man with green evil eye necklace) He made my sandwiches about 8:40 while it was set to be finished at 8:25 , Okay, the work station was veryy DISGUSTING there where meats in other meats and the veggies were all mixed together.! There was no fresh lettuce, onions or tomatoes. There were sauce all over the station…The bathrooms where unsanitary while the females toilet and sink where clogged. Even still with the paper infront my food was made incorrectly. This is very dissatisfying and disappointing knowing Richard still owns the places and this is his staff ? This subway was my first ever job 4 years ago everyone loved us. I cant say the same fir this staff.Parking: Alot of space

We went in to get three sandwiches & have a good time wit aprils friend that is out of town. As us three sat down to eat our meals, I (journie) start to over hear how two of the workers are not supposed to be there & didn’t want to be there cleaning all night along with talking about how they didn’t wanna be there at all. One with the beads kept saying she’s going the lock the door as soon as ‘these people’ leaving & she don’t care. The one with the black on top of the glasses said she wasn’t supposed to be there ither. She swept & left. Lastly, I would like to add that your workers don’t know how to listen when I said “can I replace the ham with more pepperoni’s” and “can you replace the oatmeal cookies with the raspberry cheesecake cookies” I still got ham & I still got oatmeal raisin. To sum it all up, the service was trash, they’re kind of rude, the tables weren’t clean. It was a terrible experience. Also, fire those workers & find people who are actually worth paying.

Would give 0 stars if possible, I made an online order on Friday February 24th, 2023, when I arrived they said they had no bread and to return in 30 minutes, so I even waited a full hour before returning and they still had no bread, was told I would get a refund within 24 hours and have not yet received one 3 days later, I’d like to talk to the owner about my refund or the manager but the phone does not even ring. Will be going there in person within the next week. Employee also had an attitude, did not seem as if the cared.

Horrible, the young lady that helped me didn't look like she knew what she was doing. There was only white bread no drinks available and after I paid the worker didn't change her gloves. So gross the workers are not well trained.
