I ordered my food online thru the app. Scheduled my curbside pick up for 1pm. I arrived around 12:45 and click "I'm Here". I waited over 15 minutes for my food. They did not offer any compensation for their error. The food was not very good nor was it freshly made.
We came here for lunch today (12/28/23) and I had to make sure I left a 5 star review. Janice and Jimmy were amazing! (Give them a raise!) They were SO friendly, welcoming, helpful...just delightful! The manager (I assume), he was just as kind and friendly. It's nice to receive such awesome customer service!
