Online ordering process was pretty straightforward. The pickup process takes much longer than expected. You place the order, click the link to let them know you are on your way, click to say you have arrived, go to the pickup line and let them know you have arrived...........and wait. Almost seems like all you have done is prepaid for your order while they barely get started on it after you arrive. May as well just order when you get there.As for the food? Not sure what has happened to 5 guys but the burgers were awful this visit. Both drink machines were not working properly. They dispensed only carbonated water. No syrup. It didn't matter what you chose.
