Chick-fil-A can be a chaotic experience, especially for those with big vehicles. Some customers have reported issues with cold food and bitter drinks. However, the restaurant also has its strengths, with friendly employees and good management. The service is fast, and workers consistently get orders correct, so customers do not even have to check the bag before driving off. Orders are often ready quickly, and the food, particularly the grilled chicken sandwiches and the new chicken sandwich with pimento cheese, is great. There is limited parking, and it can be challenging to get in or out of the parking lot. The restaurant is kid-friendly, featuring a play area and kid meals, making it a favorite for families. It is also easy to access for those with wheelchairs.
