“People don’t realize how difficult it can be to do simple things when you drive cross country in an 18 wheeler. Tonight I was delivering to a place behind the plaza and was excited to see the restaurant as I drove past it. Once docked I walked from behind the plaza and across the lot only to find that only the drive thru was open. I was so disappointed because I’ve been turned away by many places for safety reasons of standing in a car lane.
Anyways I started to just turn and leave but decided to tell the young lady taking the drive thru orders that I can’t fit my truck through the drive thru and am so hungry. She told me not to leave she would take my order and have someone bring it out to me. I was over the moon happy. 10 hours of driving and this was my only real meal since breakfast. I wish I had gotten her name but I can tell you she was the only female outside. My order #2692007 9/13/25 @8:57pm register 52 if you can find her please thank her again for me. The food was wonderful as always. Thank you to everyone. Bless you all.“

“I got the CB Ranch Potato, the Deli Club with Jalepeno Chips and a Root Beer. Everything was delicious and well put together. Even the soda was popping! Thank you so much all who worked Lunch on 8/27/26. Please keep up the great job. You're appreciated.“

“As a local real estate agent, one of my favorite things is getting to celebrate my clients after they buy their new home! When hosting a housewarming party for my first-time homebuyers who just moved to Midlothian, I knew I wanted to support a local business... and Twisted Sisters did not disappoint!
I ordered several different pizzas and every one of them was delicious. What really impressed me was how easy they made everything. I was able to place my order that morning and schedule delivery for right before the party. Everything arrived right on time, hot and ready to serve — one less thing for me to worry about while getting everything ready!
Great food, great service, and a wonderful local business. I’ll absolutely be recommending Twisted Sisters again!“

“Today was my second visit. Ordered a Turkey burger. It was great as usual. But this time I had sweet potato fries that wasn't over cooked or soggy. Forgot to say light mayo and nor salt on my fries. However, I’ve made me a not for next time. Everything was great. Of course, I'm going again.“

“The entire experience was wonderful. Our server, Lorena “Little Bird,” was very attentive and knew her stuff. We had cheesy bread, lasagna, and a meat lovers pizza. The lasagna was phenomenal, so was the pizza. They make everything to order and fresh. You can customize as you wish because nothing is premixed. It was evident. It was so good. Lorena, we will be back, and we’ll bring all our friends with us. See you soon.“

“It was pretty quiet for a Friday night and while I'm sure the restaurant would have loved to have been busier we loved that it was nice and chill. We had zero wait and every staff member we interacted with was also super nice and friendly without being obnoxious. The service and the chill atmosphere really made for a nice relaxing Friday dinner. Honestly some of the better restaurant service we've had in a long time. We didn't end up getting drinks but the salad was crisp, and the food was fast, hot, and tasted great.“

“We bought five cakes for our birthday party. All five were so moist and delicious!! We had the peanut butter cake, red velvet cake, caramel cake, and the strawberry tres leches cake. Everybody at the party LOVED all of them!! You will not be disappointed - so we highly recommend this bakery. They also have soups and sandwiches- the chicken gnocchi soup was better than Olive Garden!!!“

“My family & I went to this location to celebrate my nephew’s birthday. And the service was amazing! we had about to two managers check on us to ensure everything was good they brought us extra breadsticks & refilled our drinks ! Our server was great as well shout out Oscar ! Definitely recommend this location the staff, food and cleanliness is 10/10.“

“Well, first off, I never had a Chick-fil-A back in my day at DBU. Secondly, I am jealous and need to double check my servant leadership attitude about it. Thirdly, God and Chicken go together, but how does Bo Pilgrim feel about it... oh yea, he funded the chapel next door. Fourthly, the chicken came first and Adam had a #1 Chick-fil-A combo the God himself cooked up. Fifthly... Hi Five, you read this whole thing... winner winner chicken dinner.“

“I visited Chick-fil-A recently and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The restaurant seemed very busy and the line was very long but a employee Natalie still walked up to my vehicle and attended me perfectly. She repeated my order and had a smile although even with the sun hitting her right in the face.Her customer service stood out and genuinely improved my visit.
Overall, it was a great meal with excellent service, and I’d definitely come back again. Thanks to Natalie and the team for providing such a smooth experience!“

“The week I went I previously went to the Arlington location and the service was horrible and the food wasn’t good but on Wednesday I went to this location the girls working the front were so sweet and helpful and even ask to help me to take my food to my car and it was the best experience and the food extremely yummy !!“

When I say top notch customer service he had. It started thunder storming really bad and I didn't have an umbrella all I had was my raincoat but the high winds didn't help. But Brandon got an umbrella and walked me to my car that was in the second parking lot just to keep my food and I from get drenched in the rain...
Please promote Brandon because he sacrifice getting wet to keep a customer dry.

“The to go staff was very courteous and the food was hot. My only issue is with the broccoli 🥦 on my child's Chicken alfredo order. It was discolored and shouldn't have been placed on her dish. Some of my salad was brown as well. I'd advise them to be more careful of what they serve guests. Besides that the food was fresh and hot.“

“Went through the drive thru during my lunch break and ordered the chicken deluxe sandwich, once I got to work I noticed they gave me the spicy chicken sandwich. I can't eat anything spicy so I called them to inform them and they said I would have to come back up there(which I can't because I'm back at work) or they can put me in their system. But now I have nothing to eat for lunch.“

“First Chick-fil-A that I've ever seen that does walk around service. They offered me refills, mints and were very respectful and friendly. A great environment for your family to enjoy. There is a wo default kids play area , I come in and bring my laptop and my kids play for hours. They have great seating options. They keep the place clean and they have a lot of younger kids who work there but they work hard and are very respectful. Truly impressive and by far my favorite location to go.“

“I have religiously been stopping at this Chick-fil-a for breakfast for me and my coworkers. Staff is super friendly and nice. Everything is always made fresh and delicious. Although my order is normally large, no one is upset that they have to make such a big order early in the morning. I have a lot of respect for the team at this location. I will definitely keep coming here.“

“I love the broccoli cheese soup. However, I recently had a terrible curbside pickup experience! I ordered hours in advance. when I got there at my allotted time, I waited 15 minutes for my food to come out!! I could have gone inside or through the drive thru quicker.“
