“This review has been a long time coming honestly. We’ve dined here many, many times and yet to have a mild experience. I’m always blown away by how amazing the pizza is. Our toddlers love to make their own pizza and frequently request twisted sisters over other places. They both end up smashing their entire little personal kids pizza every time. My daughter requested it for her birthday one year and wanted to eat all her cheese while she made the pizza so the waiter brought her extra cheese. Just a great environment to sit at the bar and drink beer on tap or bring the family. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!“

“there was a employee this morning who handed me my drink and noticed there was a spider about to crawl into my car. he asked if i wanted him to take care of it, i said yes and he did. he didn't kill it either which was great. literally saved me from a future panic attack. 10/10 guy“

“This restaurant was recommended to us so we went to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Appetizers were very well prepared and presented. Our waitress was a true Texan and we helped her with some of the Italian names of the food. We had the opportunity to meet the owners and it turns out he is a pisain of mine where my grandfather and grandmother had lived growing up we can’t wait to return for another meal“

“Tonight was my first time eating Luna grill. It was delicious. I had the Mediterranean salad with gyro meat. Another had a kabob type meal with chicken and beef. My picky 4 yr old ate every bit of chicken and tried some of everything we had. Plus the appetizer that was a sampler of various items. We all have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. So glad we tried it. It’s on our list of favorites.“

“I have to change my review, this place used to be a great spot to just sit with friends and watch sports, then they hired a new bartender named Danny from Miami. This guy is a joke! He takes forever to make drinks bc he is non stop talking to other people, and forgets orders.
He vapes behind the bar when people are eating. I told the manager and nothing was done. Breaks glass that’s landed near my drink and I had a minor cut. Instead of doing anything about it I got one replaced drink.
When they actually see what this guy is doing behind the bar we might come back!
We now go across the street to juicy crab! Way better bartenders and no vapes while people are eating literally feet away. Do better“

“We usually have a great experience ordering but today is not good at all. I ordered the chicken pot pie like I always do with a side salad but today the pot pie is watery and when I put the bread in it, it got really mushy. It looked curdled when I opened the container but didn't smell bad. It tastes like they added water to make up my bowl. My husband got the chicken salad sandwich and most of the chicken salad was in the container instead of on the bread. Not very happy how Jason's served us today. 🤨“

“I had one of the best experiences at Chick-fil-A in a long time today. From the moment I pulled into the drive-thru, Micah showed exactly what Chick-fil-A customer service and values are all about, kindness, hospitality, attention to detail, and making every guest feel appreciated.

Micah greeted me with a smile, asked for my name, and even asked if I wanted to scan my Chick-fil-A app for rewards. Honestly, that simple question stood out because I hadn’t been asked that in a very long time. I was just telling some friends recently that it felt like the true Chick-fil-A values and customer service experience had started to fade a little, but Micah gave me hope again.

While taking my order, he noticed I had rewards available in the app for the item I was ordering and suggested I use them so I could get the item for free. I use the Chick-fil-A app often, and no one has ever pointed that out to me before. Because of Micah paying attention and genuinely caring, I ended up saving money on something I was fully prepared to pay for.

I also asked him about one of the drinks Chick-fil-A was offering, and he gave me his recommendation. I tried it, and it was actually really good. Before finishing the order, he carefully went back over everything with a smile and told me to have a great day.

That was probably the best $10 I’ve spent in a long time, and honestly, the Chick-fil-A tasted even better because of the experience Micah provided. I even stopped at the drive-thru exit to speak with a manager because I wanted them to know how much of an impact he made.

I believe great employees deserve recognition, so I wanted the world to know about Micah. If you stop by Chick-fil-A and see him, make sure you say hello!“

“People don’t realize how difficult it can be to do simple things when you drive cross country in an 18 wheeler. Tonight I was delivering to a place behind the plaza and was excited to see the restaurant as I drove past it. Once docked I walked from behind the plaza and across the lot only to find that only the drive thru was open. I was so disappointed because I’ve been turned away by many places for safety reasons of standing in a car lane.
Anyways I started to just turn and leave but decided to tell the young lady taking the drive thru orders that I can’t fit my truck through the drive thru and am so hungry. She told me not to leave she would take my order and have someone bring it out to me. I was over the moon happy. 10 hours of driving and this was my only real meal since breakfast. I wish I had gotten her name but I can tell you she was the only female outside. My order #2692007 9/13/25 @8:57pm register 52 if you can find her please thank her again for me. “Got my lunch today from this location since its near my job and let me tell you. This location is always on it even when they've got lines for days in the drive thru. Got some of the best employees you're gonna find in the DFW area. Really wanna highlight Sebastian at the window, highly professional guy and always takes extra steps to make sure the experience is a satisfactory one! Hope the Chik Fil A company really appreciates these guys and gals here, they're doing a fantastic job.“

“Food is good but upset because once I got home I notice the side of grilled nuggets I ordered and paid for wasn’t in my bag and it’s raining and don’t want to drive back usually I don’t check the back because chick fil is usually good with making sure you everything was there so it was disappointing to discover part of my order was missing.“
