All the focus was on the drive thru and the front counter customers were left unattended for minutes at a time.
There is no point in using the mobile app at this location. The only line for ordering had cars stacked to the entry way before you get o the drive through. I went through the only line for mobile, pulled all the way to the side behind 3 vehicles and still watched them clear the line for drive thru before I received my food.
They have great food. The prices are good. Great service.

Chick-fil-A offers bomb food with great customer service. One customer appreciated the friendly service when workers brought straws to their table. Another customer ordered their favorite Pimento sandwich meal online but was disappointed by a long wait for pick-up, despite being first in line. Kids can have a fun time at this location, enjoying themselves while dining.
