We don't have Whataburger where I'm from, so anticipated good things. The food wasn't anything special. It took quite some time to get our food from the drive thru . . . It looked like a lot of people were inside (working), but the service was pretty slow.
Nicole was an excellent ?? drive thru cashier...very pleasant, professional and caring...It's rare in fast food these days that you get great customer service. Nicole was naturally a breathe of fresh air...

I'm going to give Whatabuger 5 stars, simply bc the Manager was kind enough to ask me if my drinks, that came with my meal, tasted watered-down, (and they did). She was kind enough to allow to get more drinks. I appreciate any inkling of good customer service these days. It's so rare!I ordered 2 burger meals from online. It was during a busy time of day.
